ATD LINES Railway Imaging Services, representative Louis Alloin, while on business assignment become ill and seeks help from BNSF Employee, who refuse to provide assistance, nor medical care.

Louis Alloin attempted to gain BNSF Employees attention at mile post 5.2, that he was ill.Mr. Alloin falls in to coma like state, unable to move, speak, with internal cramping, vomiting and drop in body temperature. Lying in full view of BNSF Employees for 4 hours.

Then BNSF Employees miss report situation, to BNSF Police and Investigated by A.R Nelson who refused to provide medical aid or assistance, when asked. Mr. Alloin was barely able to speak and provided Mr. Nelson ATD LINES Business Card and repeatedly asked for medical help, which was refused.

Mr. Alloin, realizing that he was in danger, attempt to seek Medical Help, by attempting to walk to an industrial business establishment, which was found closed, then falling down in to another coma like situation again and left for another 4 hours.
