ATD LINES have announced plans to begin significant dialog with BNSF John Karl, economic development office, for railway business improvement toward the private railcar industry, with the introduction communications centered on "Seattle 7th Ave Coach Yard".

The Seattle 7th Ave Coach Yard Project will be a significant private car industry improve to the Seattle business district. Currently this freight yard located on Holgate Street and 7th Ave, just south of King Street Station is under utilized and would be ideal for temporary placement for extended stay private railway cars

ATD LINES investment in the 7th Ave Coach Yard Project is a strategic planning for Railway Business Car Services being planned for Seattle, said Louis Alloin, president and chief executive officer. The 7th Ave Coach Yard for Private Business cars would provide advantages toward infrastructure development and improvements to visiting private railcar industry to Seattle for 2006. Although the site will be limited in utility connection for 2006, the possibility to enhance 2007 planning improvement is a target to be recognized.

The magnitude of providing limited services for 2006 coach yard offering, will assist in planning determinations and investment commitment for 2007 beyound. The 7th Ave Coach Yard will generate interest and the need for cooperative unity toward support industry development. However, must of the necessary dialog and business cooperation will focus on BNSF-ATD LINES Joint Dialog for Coach Yard planning to gaining some acceptance for Seattle and investor recognition of communications.
