Convention Train Positioning Movement

Since we are building the convention train in Los Angeles this year, we have a lot of cars moving to/from LAX from various locations throughout the country. In an effort to make this run as smooth as possible, we need everyone’s movement request into our office no later than July 10, 2008. The reason that we are requesting these documents earlier than usual is due to the limited number of trains/dates that we can position these cars on. It may be more challenging than usual since we are limited more so than when we stage a charter in Chicago. Please be aware that your first request may not be available due to the limitations stated above. We want to give you an exact train/date as early as possible so please submit your requests by July 10th.
