The Auburn City Court Judge involved in "BNSF-vs-ATD LINES Dispute" denies fairness in judicial proceeding and is promoting discrimination, indifference and refuses judicial responsibility and lacks accountability for his actions, in order to create environment and control outcome in favor of City's desire to promote BNSF Business Relations.
Auburn Court has appointed defense attorney to ATD LINES, with unequal budget to prevent trial preparations and has ensured that such appointed attorney is irresponsible, lacking corporate responsibility, having limited knowledge of railroad business industry, no training in railroad policy practices and having no interest to protect ATD LINES lawful involvement in railroad industry.
ATD LINES has had no attorney conference, nor meetings, nor is attorney willing to subpoena railroad industry personnel who can testify, nor investigate, nor prepare for trial.
The City appointed defense attorney is not qualified, nor has corporate training.
The City of Auburn's intent is to prevent judicial fairness and ensure court proceeding favors the City and refuses to acknowledge ATD LINES involvement railroad industry and to preent BNSF-ATD LINES Contract Mangement Services Agreement.
The City of Auburn is attempting to obstruct justices and prevent contract negotiations between BNSF-ATD LINES, to prevent Railway Business Car Services Coach Yard Project and Lake Washington Short Lines and other railroad business affaires in Washington State.
ATD LINES has had on going corporate relations with BNSF for 25 years and has been in contract preparation and communications for business economic development of ATD LINES Projects for over 2 years.
