AUBURN, WASHINGTON: November 29, 2005



Both the City Of Auburn and City Of Pacific, have joined forces to reject railway business service improvement for Washington State under ATD LINES RAILWAY BUSINESS CAR SERVICES and the PRIVATE RAILCAR SERVICES COACH YARD PLACEMENT PROJECT.

Mayor Lewis, has stated, "his office is studying how to increase rail traffic". When asked about Railway Business Car Services was part of the city's study or if city transportation department have contacted "Railway Business Car Services", Mayor Lewis refused further comments and avoid a discussion on railway improvements services.

Both Cities are pursuing legal action to discredit and force ATD LINES Railway Business Services, Contract Management Services to Stop Coach Yard Development Research and prevent Railway News Services from reporting railroad news and photography journalism services.

The City of Auburn refuses to accept or acknowledge railway industry "policies and practice" between ATD LINES and "international and national" operating railroads regulatory compliance standards, including opposed to supreme court decision on Railway News and Journalism Reporting Rights.

The law offices of Jennifer Apitz is managing ATD LINES legal affairs during dispute between ATD LINES-vs-City Of Auburn.
