On June 27, 2010 National Train Day Association began taking up the challenge to opening the National Train Day Event" for "All Rail Line Communities" and Assisting in organizing rail line community event throughout United States.
National Train Day Association will raise vital funds for National Train Day Events.
National Train Day Association will provide Rail Line Communities, with assistance to establish, organize, and coordinate visiting tracked exhibits and other activities for a successful events.
National Train Day Association has a commitment to National Train Day Mission Goals and supporting the resolution established by National Train Day Assocoation Objectives.
The expected cost of the National Train Day Rail Line Community Events is enormous. National Train Day Association would greatly appreciate any assistance's to help in reaching the invested mission goals.
Donation will bring National Train Day Association closer to it mission goal to help rail line communities of participate in National Train Day Celebration.
National Train Day Association will be inviting National-International Citizens, residents, visiting tourist to Celebrate National Train Day throughtout Rail Line Communities from the local rail line business community's to families from the local area to enjoy exhibits, displays and entertainment.

ACCEPTACE OF FUNDS
Funds are accepted by NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION only for programs or activities that are consistent with NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION MISSION AND VISION .
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION will not have relationships with organizations or industries whose principles, policies or conduct obviously conflict with NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION VALUES.
Corporate relationships with NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION must preserve trust in NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITIONand the credibility and objectivity of its information, priorities, programs and decisions
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITIONGUIDELINES
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION may seek sponsorship for activities if they align with mission, vision, and Strategic Plan of Rail Line Community National Train Day Chapter Events.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION maintains its objectivity and independence with respect to any activities that are developed, sponsored, or supported with Corporate funds. NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION does not permit influence by corporate sponsors beyond the usual input NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION seeks from stakeholders.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION may accept funds from corporations to support the development, enhancement or implementation of NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION Chapter Event programs.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION funding for NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION program development activity includes the following conditions:
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION seeks corporate funding for specific activities from multiple sources whenever possible.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION Acceptance of corporate funding for program development is with the understanding that NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION must maintain its objectivity and commitment to a quality result. A sponsor's preferences regarding program design, content or policies may not be reflected in the program.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION approval corporate sponsors may attend as non-voting observers NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION Chapter organized to gather stakeholder input and perspective on new programs being developed. All sponsors attending must comply with NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION policies on disclosure and conflicts of interest.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION may consider the results of research studies, test results, or other information from corporate sponsors as well as other external experts that may help to inform NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION staff on issues to be addressed in the program development process.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION may accept a corporate sponsor's provision of in-kind expertise to assist with specific tasks such as market research, data analysis, or testing provided that all such in-kind expertise complies with NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION policies on disclosure and conflicts of interest.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITIONAcceptance of corporate funds does not imply NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION endorsement of a company's products, services, programs, or activities.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION will not accept charitable contributions from any organization for which NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION accredits, certifies, or recognizes the organization’s primary line of business, with the exception of limited contributions to NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION annual Chapter Awards, event or other events such as the policy conference or "Chapter Appropriate Services Awards" as may from time to time be approved by the NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION BOARD.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION may accept charitable contributions for its annual Chapter Quality Awards, event or other events from an organization where a non-primary line of business has accredited, certified, or recognized status from NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION. An organization whose primary line of business is accredited, certified, or recognized may contribute to these events.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION will allow organizations that it accredits, certifies or recognizes their primary line of business to make contributes, such contributions to be used for the purpose of funding NATIONAL TRAIN DAY CELEBRATIONS and activities related to NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION will recognize corporate sponsors in its annual report, Web site, and as appropriate to the sponsorship arrangement.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION retains the right to approve the use of NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION AND CHAPTER name, logo, and language when used by a sponsor in relationship to the sponsorship agreement.
NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITIONretains independence and control over all programs, projects, or products bearing the NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION name, logo, or trademarks, and over the use of NATIONAL TRAIN DAY ASSOCAITION intellectual property, such as accreditation standards or HEDIS® measures.
