As we
ve discussed, we think this is an interesting idea, but isnt timely now at this early phase in design and planning".  Louis Alloin Representing  Seattle National Train Day Planning Committee and Stakeholder In Central Waterfront Planning, addressed the CWC Members, stating, " The need to organized and implement event planning must be part of the CWC Planning Process. Gaylor Street Main Line Traffic holds breath taking views of Seattle's Downtown Financial District against Seattle's Waste Management Train Movements. Bring your Lunch & Dinner and dress for harsh conditions, as this area is going to keep you busy.
This area requires 100-400mm telephoto's lens or larger, to reach all snaps possible. Lots of pigeons, seagull and small birds, that seem to block your lens at action time.
