STATION GOALS & OBJECTIVES

I. FWARC CONTENT AND SERVICES

GOAL: Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station , will promote an eleclectric, electronic, electromagnetic, WWII Naval Signal Corp and Bainbridge Island History educational format, informed and diverse radio technology fraternity by supporting high-quality engaging content and services created, developed, executed by diverse talent at all levels and capacities, and delivered across NCE FM Broadcasting Platforms.

To achieve this Goal, Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station will pursue the following objectives:

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station will support the development and distribution of high-quality, noncommercial, educational content and services with particular attention to the needs and interests of Amateur Radio Fraternity and Bainbridge Island Naval History, within Bainbridge Island, Pacific Northwest Peninsula core public media communities, diverse amateur radio including military, vhf/uhf and hf repeater audiences, which are currently not served and under served communities and the public interest generally.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Educational Broadcasting Station, will strengthen high School role as essential Bainbridge Island and Pacific Northwest Peninsula educational institutions and content providers. Support initiatives that enable Secondary School Academics to respond to essential Bainbridge Island and Pacific Northwest Peninsula NCE FM Broadcasting Educational format and reflect the diversity of surrounding communities through Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Educational Broadcasting Station content, listener interactions.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Educational Broadcasting Station, will facilitate the development and distribution of high-quality electric, electronic, electromagnetic, Amateur Radio Content, including news and information, that is accurate, fair, balanced, objective, transparent, and produced in a manner that is consistent with editorial integrity by all radio technology involved in Amateur Radio Audiences. Support efforts to ensure diversity and inclusion in public media newsrooms. Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Educational Broadcasting Station newsrooms accessible to the public on a reasonable program format.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Educational Broadcasting Station, will provide parents, wide range of students, teachers with diverse high-quality educational content and services that advance learning in all settings. Support efforts to build education partnerships at local and state levels.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Educational Broadcasting Station, will facilitate the development of content created for and delivered across multimedia platforms by new diverse talent within Radio and Amateur Radio Industry and club fraternities.

II. FWARC INNOVATIONS IN AMATEUR RADIO FRATERNITY

GOAL: Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will strengthen the quality of public media's content and services, and deepen the engagement with audiences and users, by supporting innovative projects.

To achieve this Goal, Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station will pursue the following objectives:

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will support the efforts of public media stations and producers to use multimedia platforms to serve and engage amateur radio audiences diverse in age, gender, race, and ethnicity wherever, whenever and however they use, share and create media.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will support public media efforts to develop strategies and seek to develop strategies to anticipate and respond to the rapidly changing ways in which people, parents, students and amateur radio audience is using media.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station , will advance public media's role in providing emergency alerts by strengthening local and national partnerships and in seeking improved methods of delivering such information.

III. FWARC SUPPORT FOR NCE FM PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL MEDIA

GOAL: Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station , will strengthen the quality of public media's content and services by supporting strong public media entities that are vital to and reflective of the people the Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station will serve.

To achieve this Goal, Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station will pursue the following objectives:

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will promote and support collaborations and consolidations to increase capacity to provide essential and diverse service.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will foster a public media workforce that includes the diverse backgrounds, talents and experiences of the Bainbridge Island and Pacific Northwest Peninsula Communities and citizens respectfully.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will support initiatives and projects that extends the reach of public media to new and more diverse users and creators of content.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will work with public media organizations to increase and measure the impact of the services they provide as well as the awareness of the vital role that public media plays in helping communities address important local, regional and national issues contributing to the national dialogue.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, NCE FM Broadcasting Station, will support efforts to strengthen community engagement with diverse organizations and Secondary shool and college educational institutions.
