RAIL LINE COMMUNITY COACH YARD REGISTRY APPLICATION

ATD LINES Rail Line Community Coach Yard Registry sets forth the purpose of Registry membership requirements for operating railroads, terminal railway services, port and warehouse, federal, state, cities and town government owned tracked facility, including business and industry, along with private railway property owner having spur lines, track yards or turnouts, stub tracks establishes the authority and responsibilities for registration procedures to list tracked properties for rental, lease, overnight and extended stationing in ATD LINES COACH YARD DIRECTORY.

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of Coach Yard Registry Directory is to provide railroad passenger industry, private railcar owners, passenger railroad charter services assistance to a wide variety of railway passenger railcar stationing options along North American Continent Rail Line Communities in fulfilling its responsibility for ensuring the equitable offers to tracked properties for public and private stationing accommodations. To provide this assistance, tracked property owners are required to:


1. Provide Contact Information as in:
a. Company Name;
b. Personnel or Responsible Individual Name;
c. Title;
d. Mailing Address;
e. Phone Number;
f. Email Address

2. Identify Qualified Tracked Property Description:


a. Address;
b. Location;
c. Listed as: wilderness, rural, suburban, business, industrial, intercity, residential district;
d. Secured Fenced Area;
e. Unsecured;
f. Length of track or number available railcar space(based on 100 feet per car)

3. Provide Description of Utilities Available or Being Offered:


a. Electrical Connectivity;
b. Potable Water Connectivity or Available Potable Water Delivery Services;
c. Waste Water Connectivity or Available Waste Disposal Services;
d. Solid Waste Garbage Services;
e. Land Line Communication Connectivity;
f. Motor Vehicle Delivery or Guest Parking Availability;
g. Other Specialized Features or Unique Services.

II. PHOTOGRAPH DESCRIPTION

10 High Quality Digital Professional Photographs of Descriptive Property,will be submitted with application, that full explain tracked property facilities or area features.

III. COMPENSATION STATIONING PRICING AND RATES

Tracked Property Owners are to provide ATD LINES Coach Yard Directory Registration Application a set pricing rate for per night stationing rate, and fees per services utility offered and packaged stationing utility rate.


a. Standard station Rate per night;
b. Rate per utility pricing;
c. Packaged rate with all or specified utility rate with stationing.

IV. TRACKED PROPERTY STATIONING REQUIREMENTS

Each tracked property owner, shall provide any additional information specific to requirement for stationing. While this is an option, such a statement should consistent additional information for private railcar owner consideration as destination.

V. GENERAL

While the responsibilities of ATD LINES sets forth in this Directory Registration are contemplated to be the principal recurring activities of Rail Line Community Coach Yard Stationing Destination in carrying out its duties for registry. Coach Yard Directory responsibilities are to serve tracked property owner as a guide and guidelines for railway private railcar transportation itinerary planning owner destination orders.
