Jackson, MD, MPH), as retrieval of all document, images and historical information is effectively collected to provide best liturgical genealogical history of Jean Leonie Calliet Alloin Hoffman life, born on Bainbridge Island Country Club, Ryderville at Restoration Point, Kitsap County in January 6, 1925.
Jean suffered unconscionable agonizing 60 days of medical torturous negligence, trying to convince University of Washington ICU medical team, to treat Parotid Gland Infection, as she cries for help. UWMC-ICU refused proper medical treatment pactices, as defined by National Institute of Health and other medical College institutions. Instead Jean was place on Palliative Care, Death Status/Do Not Resuscitate, telling Jean, "she has lived her life", Death occured at UW Harborview Medical Center on March 11, 2025, Caregiver Son, Louis Charles Hoffman Alloin, attending, pronounce Jean death at 4:35pm. As she struggled with Inflammation/Perineuritis, untreated infection had spread locally and irritate the outer sheath of the nerves, causing sharp, shooting, burning pain and temporary weakness in the face, agonizing pain to live, to last moment of life.
Jean Leonie Calliet Alloin Hoffman at 93 year old is force to live in Housing Resource Bainbridge/HRB apartment 204W, occupacy starting on June 19, 2019, with a damaged stove, refrigeration, including bathroom shower not functional for elderly use, forcing Jean to wash in a bucket for 6 years, until forced move out, on November 1, 2024, which lead to PTSD depression and death.
Jean's elderly abuse under Housing Resource Bainbridge/HRB is a horrific unconscionable tragedy of human life experience and deeply distressing situation of losing hope, when Bainbridge Island Community and law enforcement failed to protect Jean who was vulnerable elderly senior. "Living for six years without essential housing services like a functioning stove, refrigerator,and shower unusable; forcing Jean, at 93-99 year old elderly senior to wash her body, "out of a bucket", is severe criminal case of elder housing landlord abuse and neglect, allowing hazardous and unfit living conditions, that directly contribute to a decline in Jean's physical health, causing mental health issues and death.
When Housing Resource Bainbridge/HRB Landlord failed to maintain basic domain, are legally required for fit habitability standards, such HRB landlord negligence does cross humanity, into gross wanton criminal negligence of elder abuse.
Jean's continuous attempts to deal with the aftermath of terroristic elderly abuse of housing situation, did in fact take responsible action reporting HRB landlord, Jessica Campbell, to seek end of abuse and seeking justice. Jean did take critical steps and resources available to Washington State Victims of Elderly Abuse, Adult Protective Services, Bainbridge Island Police Department and city council, including Federal Agencies and US Department of Justice. Jean's efforts were acknowledged, but ignored and forced to continue depressive unconscionable life in a dangerous unfit apartment, with damaged defective stove, refrigeration and shower not functional for elderly use, forced to wash in a bucket. Then subject to discrimination and indifference of false evict criteria, where HRB landlord continued to conducted criminal offenses, which caused Jean to experience PTSD and lose of hope, contributing to her physical/mental Health and death.
Jean and her caregiver son attempted to work with HRB requesting repairs since June 19, 2019 occupany date, which were ignored and given misleading information that work would be done, in timely fashion. When HRB refused to preform repairs, Jean filed reports with responsible protective local, state and federal agencies for Elder Abuse and Neglect.(Even thought Jean died from her unconscionable abuse and neglect, her son Louis Charles Hoffmann Alloin continues reporting the history of the abuse, neglect and murder, is vital for holding the responsible parties accountable, with intent to protect others senior citizens and elderly tenants.
Jean reported and meet with Adult Protective Services/APS representative many time, at her apartment, no action taken, HRB landlord abuse continue unobstructed.
Jean reported severe code violations with Bainbridge Island Code Compliance Enforcement whose responsibility is to promote and maintain safe, healthy, and desirable living and working environment on all private properties throughout the city of Bainbridge Island. HRB Landlord Administration is legally obligated to provide safe, habitable housing, which includes working plumbing (hot and cold water faucets), safe electricity,and working appliances. Thereof, Jean and her caregiver Son, were provided with HRB/Village Home Apartment 204w lease, (which was to be temporary, for a 2 bedroom opening) requesting an immediate inspection, to document complaint issues, Bainbridge Island Code Compliance Enforcement Inspection, was denied Inspection for legal evidence of HRB code violations.
Jean's Son has been actively seek Legal Council for Wrongful Death and Tenant Rights from Village Homes, construction damage and unfit/dangerous living conditions did in fact directly contributed to Jean's housing injuries leading to University of Washington Medical Center Emergency Administration. Jean was then subjected further injuries by negligent medical practices of nasogastric/NG Inserting tube in to the lung 9 time,causing "Pulmonary Edema", Bloody Infected NG Tube inserted into oral cavity, causing Parotid Gland Infection to allow agonizing unconscionable suffering death. Jean did suffered unconscionable gross "Personal Injury" from Housing Resource Bainbridge and University of Washington Medical Center, wrongful death, elder abuse, or breach of the implied warranty of habitability.
Jean a 93 elderly person in 2018, is treated differently, by Housing Kitsap, Rhododendron Apartment Manager and Housing Resource Bainbridge Administration in 2019 to 2024, on Bainbridge Island, Kitsap County, Washington State was subjected to hatred indiference and discrimination, her complaints were ignored, causing temporay houseless, due to assumptions about her age, along with objecting medical device used to mobility and family senior caregiver, subjected a dangerous form of age discrimination profiling, leading factor, causing Jean's death. Washington State Landlords, profiling Jean and her family caregiver, was criminally illegal, falling under laws related to age discrimination, and vulnerable adult abuse. Jean was targeted and treated differently simply because of her advanced age, was not protected against violence.
Jean did what any victim would do, she attempted to contact "Local, State, Federal Authorities" and associations having regulatory compliance. They all failed Jean!
Jean suffered from NG Tube entering the oral cavity causing a severe infection, in which University of Washington ICU Medical Center Physician refused to provide life saving treatment of left parotid gland leading to Jean experiencing life threatening complications resulting in death. Jean showed systemic signs such severe difficulty breathing, swallowing, facial disfigurement and altered mental state.
Jean's Parotitis is an infection of the parotid salivary glands located on both sides of the ears and jaw. Jean was given antibiotics that were ineffective, causing critical complications emerged, as medical staff allowed the infection to spread.
Jean was forced to experience unconscionable agonizing symptoms of Parotid Infection, as Painful swelling in front of and below the ear and chilling pain when chewing, having open wide mouth, redness and pus discharge from the duct inside the cheek. Jean experienced dry mouth are signs of "Severe Life Threatening Progression", medical staff refused to treat, allowing the progressing to necrotizing fasciitis or sepsis). Jean experienced extreme low body temperature, difficulty with the inability to swallow, saliva drooling and dry caking saliva, heart rate flucuation, with low blood pressure are signs of septic shock.
Jean experienced pain as the gland was swollen causing extreme headache, sore throat and a general malaise of life threatening complication of acute parotitis. Jean experienced narcotizing fasciitis symptoms, followed by medical staff dropping Jean on the floor, braking her right leg, then systemic toxicity of massive morphine to rapidly end Jean Life.
Jean's was Profiled and Targeted, based on her age, Jean had inflict housing and medical related abuse and neglect, that is illegal and considered criminal elder abuse. Jean's landlords subjected who deliberately profile her with intent to exploit her vulnerabilities, such as fixed incomes, physical frailties, to force her out of rent-controlled housing units, to coverup landlord neglect of essential maintenance
