The ATDLINES PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION and any public services or subsidiaryies reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event, co-hosted or co-presented, public service offering or subsidiary, donated professional services and contracted services by the ATDLINES PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. The ATDLINES PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by the ATDLINES PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc.

To ensure the privacy of business affiliations, individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

A person attending a ATDLINES PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION, public service or subsidiary, donated professional services and contracted services where such services are rendered to any event who does not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should make their wishes known to the photographer, ATDLINES PHOGRAPHY DIVISION staff, and/or by contacting:
